Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our hosting service, you can email sales@exclusivehosting.net and receive a full refund of your hosting plan within 30 days of the account purchase.

However, all domain registration and domain transfer services are final, do not include money-back guarantee and will be subject to a fee that is calculated on the basis of the actual NON-PROMOTIONAL annual price of the purchased domain's TLD, multiplied by the number of years of registration or transfer. This means that if your sign-up order includes a domain name registration/transfer and you decide to take advantage of the Money Back Guarantee that we offer, a partial refund will be issued to you covering the cost of the web hosting plan ordered, i.e. you will receive back the difference between the total transaction amount and the registration/transfer fee.
